Country Flowers & Herbs at 425 South Prospect Avenue, Hartville, Ohio.

This is the first time I have used this florist. I have been using a florist in Brimfield for many years. I was very impressed with the person who I called after having problems with the website and he was able to take my order efficiently. I had a bouquet sent to my 91 year old sister. A person named Trish called me on the day of her birthday and wanted me to know that the flowers were delivered but my sister was confused about who they were from and just wanted me to know that they were delivered as ordered.
I called my sister and spoke to her granddaughter and the flowers were beautiful and she was able to recognize who they were from. This call from Trish was above and beyond and really appreciated that they would be so concerned because of her "dementia". I would highly recommend this florist and will use them for my future orders. 5 Stars +
